Saturday 12/3 9:30 AM Ngondro practice for those currently doing Ngondro or who need a dose of inspiration to get going.
- 9 AM – 10 Chenrezig and Amitabha sadhana
- 10 – 11 Shamata meditation (tranquility) and tonglen (compassion meditation)
- 11:15 Part 4 of our Introductory series. Today’s talk, led by Laura Roth, will be on “Sending and Receiving Meditation”
