Sunday at 9 am: Chenrezig, etc., ends at 9:45AM
10 am: Meditation, ends at 10:45AM (free instruction available),
followed by tea.
11 am: Teaching, etc., ends by noon
Tuesday at 7 pm: 1st, 3rd, & 5th Tuesdays: Chenrezig/Amitabha Practice
2nd & 4th Tuesdays: Seven-Line Prayer to Guru Rinpoche,
Short Green Tara Practice, and Confession of Downfalls

Feb. 4th: Lama Zopa teaching: Chenrezig: The Bodhisattva of Compassion
Feb. 11th: Video teaching: 17th Karmapa: “The 4 Dharmas of Gampopa” (KTD 2015)
Feb. 18th: Special practices in observance of Losar (Tibetan New Year), followed by
optional lunch out.
Feb. 25th: Book Study: “Interconnected: Embracing Life in Our Global Society” by the
17th Karmapa, Chapter 3, “Being an Interdependent Individual”.

Saturday, Feb. 10th: 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 to 4 pm: Dakpo Targyen class
