Thursday 5/17 7 PM Powa practice for those who have the training
- 9 AM Medicine Buddha practice
- 10:00 shamata meditation (calm abiding) and tonglen (compassion meditation)
- 11:15 Lama Zopa will teach on “The 8 Auspicious Symbols”
